Mascara combo I’ve been using lately

Trust me, I am the one that doesn’t have patience to use more mascaras or more coats so there are many surprises in this post that I will be writing about.

I’ve been using the same mascara even though I have tried more than 10 that are just not good for me. From flaking, leaving marks on the lid and just making my lashes clump. I’ve been using one mascara that wasn’t doing anything except adding little bit of black. It was heavy and I was only using it because there wasn’t anything else that was bad about it like all the other ones that I tried, didn’t irritate my eyes and it was very affordable. So I just replaced it.
It was long before I started experimenting with mascaras because I had problem with my eyes and I just didn’t want to experiment much.

After many mascaras that I have tried and now stay at my storage because they are used only once and I have inability to throw something new because all of them are used only 2-3 times, I finally bought one that I liked. I didn’t wanted to try it before because it was plastic want and plastic wands used to irritate my eyes very much. To my surprise, this one didn’t and it is from the same brand like the mascara that I’ve been using for long.

But, being that kind of wand it didn’t do what I wanted which is noticeable dark colour on my lashes. So I combined the two of them and now I have very good combination.

I apply one coat, do my face makeup and when I finish, I apply another coat from the other mascara. Sometimes I forget but that is also ok because there is already one coat that already looks nice.

It is perfect for me because both of them are affordable and because I still have fear for my eyes, I replace them very often, so it is a big plus for me and my budget.

If someone has another suggestion, feel free to share it 🙂

Hi my Readers 🙂

Brace yourself for influx of pictures from 3 different devices in order to capture the beauty of this nail polish! And they are still not good enough but I uploaded as many as I could for you. Glitter is so hard to capture on camera and I wanted to be as true to color as they can be.  And If you scroll down, you’ll see that on black base it looks like galaxy 🙂 

I’ve been neglecting my nail lacquers for so long. I at least would paint them in one color but lately I’ve been slacking so much but decided to change that and this lacquer was a big part of it. The previous nails were also sort of difficult to made so I waited for them to start crumble apart before removing them so I can fully appreciate them.

You have no idea how much of a change this nail lacquer has made. Don’t know what it is about it but it sparked joy. I’ve been caring it around and just staring at it. Not to mention the staring at my nails…by me 😀 It might be because those colors were near to part of my hair colors (and I really like how the combination of turquoises and purple go together)

I entered the beauty store for one purpose but as it almost always it, left the store with more but all necessary things. One of them was picking some new nail polish. Fully intended to just check them out what’s new but then saw this one. Checked online to see how it looks because it they just got it and they didn’t have a swatch. The only internet picture was kind of deceiving but I still don’t regret buying it (quite the opposite as you already read 🙂 ).

The second ones are with the base color and I left the blurry ones just so you can see the glitter because boi is it hard to capture the glitter in the nail polish (kudos to the professionals).

Theme color I like these days

Hi my Readers 🙂

I change colors that I enjoy once in a while. This past few months I changed so much but this post is going to me about my current colors 😀

This days I enjoy a few that are really going together: teal blue, blue, mint…you get the pattern 😀

So, of course I bought even more nail polishes to go with my theme and I am puling out every piece of clothes that has and goes with this color 😀

I always combine my nail color with the clothes and outfits.

Nails: keep in mind that in this collection of pictures from my nails, some of them are captured right when they were made or right before removing the nail polish so they look a bit (a lot) funky 🙂

With this cat…luckily I had the nails because I really like them but I forgot to take pictures of them.

In that style I made them so many times… What can I say, I like the ocean 😀

Even my cosmetic stuff are those colors 😀 I just want you to know that every time I snapped a picture, I was just seeing something else and adding it. But I had to stop because there was not going to have room for more If I just kept adding  😀

How is i t going?

Happy belated Halloween and welcome into the new month.

Here are my nails from this past weeks.

As you can clearly see, I remembered that I don’t have any pictures from them, so some of them are taken right before the nail polish remover took care of them but you got the point 😀

Some of them are verry sloppy. But, hey, from far away they look interesting 😀

Nail polish: Golden Rose Rich Color 30

Has it really been that long? I haven’t noticed, probably because I was doing so well, and so bad at the same time. I have turbulent couple of months. Same bad things that turned into good things and some good things that turned into good things but left me so exhausted that I don’t even know how I managed to stay sane…except for the last day that I was about to have a meltdown but it stopped on the beginning of it. There was a day that I walked 15km, excluding the town changing and the 70km traveling with bus. I am thankful for all of them because I managed them well and they turned into great things and also am thankful for the people that I helped and they helped me do them.

In that intensive surroundings didn’t help this nail polish that I wore on the day on my job interview.

This nail polish chipped after one hour since I painted it on my nails. If I had time I would’ve change it but then something bad (but luckily turned into good) interfered with my plan and I didn’t even had time to wash my hair…

This pictures are made on the same day of painting my nails….if you didn’t gather that by this time 😀  And I have to say that this is after fixing it right before the interview.

The number of coats does not matter.

I liked all of the other lines from Golden Rose and I’ve been user of their products since the beginning of my make up and nail polish years. This nail polish however is so bad and because it disappointed me so much, I don’t even want to try other colors from the range in fear of reacting the same.

I recommend nearly every other line from their nail polishes but I’d say – skip on this one, even though the colors are very nice.

Hope that I will make my next post sooner than before.
